Just had the motor replaced on my garage door by Brandon and I couldn't be happier. He called about 20 minutes prior to arriving to let me know he was on his way. When he got here he quickly diagnosed the problem and give me a few options and in the end I choose the best one that suited my needs and budget. I feel I got great service, at a great price. I would definitely recommend Precision (and Brandon, too)

I searched on the internet and was initially impressed with the background information on the technicians. I called and was given an appointment the next day. Brandon called me earlier than expected to let me know he had a cancellation and could begin earlier. He came immediately and accessed the problem and talked to me about my options. Since I had a very old system that was on its last leg, I decided to replace the whole thing. Brandon was extremely professional and very friendly. I could see that he was very proud of his work. All in all it was a great experience. I would recommend him to anyone.

i had a minor problem, but the tech fixed it and showed me how to set the door if i use the release again. I had got it to work but it stopped. I also notice the door is much quieter now. He was knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. sorry i just cant remember his name!

My Battery Backup Unit needed to be replaced. Next day service was scheduled when I called. Technician called ~30 minutes before arriving as promised. He verified my problem immediately, inspected my door and components and completed the service in less than 30 minutes. Brandon was friendly and efficient. Quick service and background checked employees. Had to have my garage door safety eyes replaced. The technician was very knowledgeable and quickly pinpointed the problem and had it fixed quickly.
