We got the info for Precision from an internet search and today we had a full rebuild package on our garage door. Ron A was our repairman and was extremely professional and very nice. He related to us personally and was not pushy about what we should do regarding the repair of the door. Dave was the technician who came to my house to repair my garage door. I had purchased the door from your company with a lifetime warranty for the sole purpose of not having to worry about problems. When Dave looked at the door he knew the problem and was able to take care of it in less than 30 min. It was making noise and he showed me cable was fraying and pully was not working right. I was very pleased with Dave and his workmenship.

The Technician was so nice and helpful. He installed new remotes, added a keypad, and reset four cars to sync with the new remotes. He showed me how to sync everything for the car that wasn't home (as well as for the car with a dead battery). He came when you said he would and he called first to say he was on the way.
