David Papa did a great job. He called to say he was on his way, then called again to say there was traffic and adjusted his arrival time to set my expectations. He provided a detailed set of repair options from which we chose. He estimated that it would take 2 hours, and he finished in 1 hour. He also worked around my husband's car so that he didn't even have to move it. Super job and the doors work and are nice and quiet. Thank you again :-)

i had a minor problem, but the tech fixed it and showed me how to set the door if i use the release again. I had got it to work but it stopped. I also notice the door is much quieter now. He was knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. sorry i just cant remember his name!

He explained everything thoroughly about the broken spring and made some suggestions re: wheels, made sure he had the proper size spring for the weight of our door and made the repairs needed to get the door working perfectly again.
