Brian did a great job explaining what was wrong with our garage door opener and letting me know what our various options were for installing a new one since the old motor had broken and the parts on the springs were not working either. We used Precision in 2007 for a total rebuild including rollers, springs, cables and safety cables. We called them again this time for the other door. Adam was very professional and explained everything before, during and after the repair.

Precision picked up the phone on a Sunday, and I actually spoke to a person not a machine. An appointment was scheduled for Monday between 8-12. At 8 am I received a call from Precision telling me what time to expect them. The technician, Brian, was professional and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable with whatever he said to fix the problem. He worked efficiently. I will always make Precision my first call.

Tim R. was great! He explained everything thoroughly. He was not an overbearing seller but mentioned important facts that made me realize it might be time to replace the whole unit even though it just needed reprogramming after a battery change on the keypad. He was efficient, neat and thorough.
