jeff came back the next day and spent time really scrutinizing the motor thus discovered the broken socket (thing). His determination and knowledge were really put to the test and he did a great job. Our garage door once again runs smoothly and efficiently. Jeff did not leave any garbage or wrappers. The extra effort to make sure no screws or clear wrappers are left on the floor is always appreciated as was Jeff's politeness.

I would rate Precision Door Service a 5 Star rating as I was extremely happy with the efficient service and the quality of work that had been done on our garage doors. I initially needed a new spring for one garage door, but replaced two others as they had been the same age as the other one and had been worn as well. Tim explained everything in detail and also suggested other preventative maintenance things that would need attention in the future. He was very pleasant and cleaned up everything after his work was complete. I was especially impressed with the same day service and the fact that the truck was well stocked in the event we needed something else done at the time. The service I received fron Stuart in having my garage door rebuilt was outstanding. He arrived well within the scheduled time of the appointment and was able to repair/rebuild my door in a very expedient matter. Stuart should be acknowledged for his excellent customer service skills. The only comment I will make has nothing to do with Stuart, but has something to do with billing. I might be wrong, but I will say that I think that your pricing was a bit too high. As far as service is concerned, I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door to my neighbors. However, I would also suggest to them to go out and competively bid for their work, which needs to be done.

Jeff arrived 15 min. early, which I was happy about. Usually when a company says they will arrive between 4-6 they arrive 6:30. I asked how long the job would take.Jeff told me it would take about 2 hrs. Actually, Jeff got it done in less then 2 hrs. Jeff reviewed with me the options of openers avail. with the warranty and prices etc. Once everything was installed, Jeff set us all up, showed us how to work certain options on our "control" panel. I would recommend your company to anyone I know who needs a new garage door opener.
