On a Friday afternoon, they had every opportunity to bail.........but they hung tough and did the job professionally and to the script. It was a credit to Ben that if he couldn't diagnose the problem, he wasn't afraid to ask for assistance. He knew where to get the answers and easily handled all repairs and adjustments.
