Great experience. I woke up this morning only to find my garage door would not open and I could not go to work. I called the company that originally installed the opener but they could not accommodate me. I called Precision and someone was at my door within an hour. Kevin was very nice and very professional. He explained everything to me and my door was fixed in an hour. I will not bother to call anyone else in the future.

I made an emergency call on Saturday afternoon because my door wouldn't close. Kevin agreed to come a little after 5. He called me when he was on his way. Although it was late int he day, he agreed to install a new garage door opener for me. He was very nice and knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I would use your company again because of my experience with Kevin. Terrific job!

After I found Precision door by Googling garage door repair in Bedminster, NJ. The testimonials on the website (of which there were many), and the positive Google reviews is why I decided to make an appointment to have our garage door checked (it wouldn't close). I booked an appointment for the 8am - 12pm time slot, and the tech called at 8 to say he'd arrive by 9:30. I appreciated the notice, and he arrived within 5 or 10 minutes of that time. He was professional, courteous, and had the problem fixed quickly. I would recommend Precision to others, and will use them again if needed.

I am very pleased with the prompt, efficient service you provided. I needed a new battery, and was mislead by your video on how easy it is to install. I am glad I called. This was not a homeowner's project. Nuts were tightened, and sensor adjusted as well. I now have a good battery, firm garage door, and a new keypad! Thanks for good service.

From "hello", this company sounded different, it sounded competent! The person on the phone was very much aware of the pressures people like me have when calling service providers. She did everything she could to assure me the work would be competently performed to what was needed and the technician would be equipped with any parts needed. She told me who was coming, sent email photo of the installer; this installer called me 30 minutes before arrival and got to the problem immediately which required a tightening of the main springs which is not something most people should attempt to do on their own. I also learned it is not a good idea to lubricate the parts with WD-40, which I had read and previously been advised but this was good to hear. The service was 2X better than Overhead Door and DoorBoy and the cost was much simpler and app 40% - 50% less. I immediately referred our Association President to this excellent company.

I had a garage door that would not go up. I had installed a new system a couple of years through Precision and was very happy with it. Unfortunately, the original poor quality spring was 16 years old and decided to break in the middle. Kyle installed a good quality spring and gave me a lifetime guarantee. I have not been disappointed with the quality of the product or service.

Thanks Kathleen for your feedback When we sell new garage doors to our customers we typically recommend to to upgrade the hardware ( springs cables, pulleys, rollers etc) Sometimes its hard to make a customer realize that the news parts are not made to last. If you need you door to work it can be a great investment. The new springs we put on your door are lifetime warranted because they will last.........and we guarantee it. Doug

Tim was very knowledgeable and patient as he explained(numerous times) the diagnosis of garage door problems and various options to consider in resolving them. Always felt that Tim and Travis(the trainee) were respectful and sincere in their approach to me, the customer. It was obvious to me that they like what they do and the company they work for --- their positive attitude and behavior is a reflection. I believe, of how they get treated by the employer --obviously well!

My wife and I have lived in New Jersey for approximatley 5 years and had no garage door issues until yesterday. Dear Doug, WOW, what nice people work for you! Theresa and the lady office manager, and also the customer service lady, and also Vincent who was my technician yesterday. Funny thing happened to me this morning. I was in Rockaway Borough, and I passed one of your trucks backed in in somebody’s driveway. I wondered if it was Vincent’s, but it was too early to disturb anyone. I sure do wish that I understood my inside keypad. I did not know that a blinking green light meant that the door/keypad button was the reason my system would not work. Well, I learned a GREAT lesson for the future. It ended up costing me, but it surely was NOT your company’s fault that I did NOT know my own unit. PLEASE accept my BEST wishes for a GREAT Thanksgiving to ALL of your company’s employees, and I sure do hope that you have a prosperous new year in 2009 and beyond. I would NOT hesitate to recomend your company to anyone. You may not be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for in professional treatment from the top to the bottom of your company.
