Very satisfied with the installation. However, I was informed by e-mail that my appointment would be a different time period. From 1pm to 4pm. By another tech. We were very pleased with the quality of the garage door and the opener. We were also very pleased with the installer, Sam. He was very professional, quick, and left the garage and driveway very clean. He was also extremely accommodating, helping us to set up our car remotes and programing the remote key pad. He also spent time making sure we knew exactly how to operate the door and how to remove the window grates. The whole experience was very pleasant and very much worth the cost.
