Tim grew up in Mine Hill and actually bought his childhood home, which is where he currently lives with his Jack Russell Terriers, Ellie & Bailey. Prior to working at Precision, he was in the Army. Tim enjoys his job at Precision because he likes the challenges each new garage door installation brings. When he's not installing beautiful new doors, Tim is usually PC gaming or spending time outside riding dirt bikes, quads, or camping.

We have called on Precision Garage Door Company in the past for a garage door motor and to install new remote access keypads. Their customer service has always been impeccable from answering the first phone call, to punctually arriving to give a quote or to make repairs and completing the work. Service Technicians are polite, courteous, helpful and always ready to answer customer's umpteen questions with patience. We just had a new garage door installed and the experience was smooth from start to finish. The salesman was very professional. The installation was sloppy and reckless. Bent nails were left in the trim and the water line was punctured leading to the outside water spigot. The garage door was not level with an opening not touching the garage floor. Installer had an attitude and shrugged when I mentioned the door not hitting floor. Today, 7/8/23 - the water line broke when I went to water my plants breaking 2 panels on the door. Tomorrow someone is coming out. This has been very frustrating, disappointing and time consuming on my part.

New door was installed efficiently and properly. The installers (Brian and Tim) knew their job and performed it in a very professional manner.
