And David was knowledgeable, hardworking, and friendly. He answered any questions I had and gave me a few maintenance tipS as well. Dave was an awesome guy. He was here early and explained everything. He worked patiently during heavy rain and a thunderstorm. He checked everything out , gave me my options, and installed a new opener. I lucked out a coupon came in the mail the day before so I saved some money. Dave was one of the most polite and courteous technicians I’ve had. I would recommend this company to everyone!

Originally consulted with the "Angi" website but did not receive any call backs. One did, but advised it would cost $70.00 for a quote. I had called Precision Overhead Garage Door yesterday to service my overhead garage opener because it was making a noise when opening/shutting it. I was happy that I could get an appointment so soon -- this morning, because I feared the door might collapse, etc. David Paz was the service man who came this morning, and he was able to not only do the routine servicing, but was able to detect and solve my problem. This morning I had the pleasure speaking with Katrina at Garage Door Precision service regarding having someone fix my garage door issues. In less than a half hour, David Paz contacted me and advised he would be the technician arriving at my home within twenty minutes. Sure enough, David arrived shortly thereafter; professional and personable Mr Paz listened to my garage door issues; examined the old Sears 1/3 hp door opener; gave me some options to consider for now and the future. He then went to work and completed the job to my satisfaction. If you’re looking for a talented technician with excellent customer service skills who delivers 5 stars work results, I highly recommend David Paz.
