This morning I had the pleasure speaking with Katrina at Garage Door Precision service regarding having someone fix my garage door issues. In less than a half hour, David Paz contacted me and advised he would be the technician arriving at my home within twenty minutes. Sure enough, David arrived shortly thereafter; professional and personable Mr Paz listened to my garage door issues; examined the old Sears 1/3 hp door opener; gave me some options to consider for now and the future. He then went to work and completed the job to my satisfaction. Dave was an awesome guy. He was here early and explained everything. He worked patiently during heavy rain and a thunderstorm. He checked everything out , gave me my options, and installed a new opener. I lucked out a coupon came in the mail the day before so I saved some money.
