Service technician was very courteous and thorough. He explained what service was needed to repair the springs, then explained other worn features that needed to be addressed soon, if not now. Instructed technician to proceed repairing all worn features on both doors of garage. Work was done quickly and site was thoroughly cleaned. Very satisfied with job performed

John had a very positive attitude with a smile even with his mask. He explained and checked all three doors for me. He is quick and efficient the perfect person to have on a hot day. I saw ad on internet and I called them. They were very prompt. The repairman was very polite and courteous. He explained to me what was wrong with my door and that I needed a new one. He shied and explained all the damages. I told him I am a senior citizen and righ now I cannot affords a new door but when I am able I will use his company. He was very pleasant and not pushy.

I was concerned that my Precision Garage door might have developed a draft but could not see any gaps or other reasons for leakage. The technician visit was easy/timely to arrange. The technician arrived timely. He spent a while examining the operation of my door in detail. Then because there was nothing to fix Precision elected to waive the charge for the visit. Wow!

We had our door repaired about 7 years ago and all of the hardware was replaced. A spring uncoiled and the tech John came the next day and took care of everything no issues. The hardware was all under warranty still. Even during a pandemic they were super easy to deal with.
