Brian H. came & gave his recommendations (not pushy, just gave options). We had an older system without safety devices, so we decided to upgrade. Brian worked quickly & efficiently (good work ethic, old school like me). He was very polite & explained the new system before he left. We paid top dollar for this, but you get what you pay for. Other companies might be cheaper, but the employees & the warranties with Precision stand out above the competition. Can't ask for more than that.....

Overall, it was a very good service experience. The technician, Brian H, called me 30 minutes before to provide an ETA. He was able to immediately assess the issue and provided me with options. He took the time to listen to me and check up on the warranty that I may be eligible for. He called the office and confirmed that the warranty still applies. He was able to quickly complete the service call. Very good experience from calling for the appointment till the completion of the call.

He did not rush me into making a decision and allowed me to tell of my concerns. When I decided to have the work done , he was very efficient in performing the service and explained everything that he had completed. Brian did a great job replacing rollers and other items my garage door and when a wire came loose on another area a week later, Kevin came back and fixed the problem at no extra charge. Great service and I wold definitely use Precision again.

Very happy with their service! Over the years, this is the third time we have needed their service, and each time, they take care of us quickly and right the first time. This time, our oldest garage door opener died, and they came and installed a new one right away. The guys are nice, know what they are doing, and are very efficient. All their previous work has held up nicely, too - no problems years later.

Brian came to my house exactly on time(he even called ahead to say he might be a little early)! Once here , he assessed what the problems were involving my garage doors, and provided possible solutions. He was informative and instructional, without any"sales pressure". The completed repair was great, professionally done, exactly as described....I will be a repeat customer!
