What incredible service from beginning to end, within 72 hours Precision had both our garage doors repaired, replaced springs, cables and pulleys plus adjusted rails. Chris A was absolutely exceptional, so professional, thorough and courteous - what a pleasure. I did not know such incredible service still existed, I just wish Precision did all home maintenance. The spring on my garage door broke on Saturday 3/19 so I couldn't manually open the door. Many people recommended Precision. I called them immediately and Chris came out the following morning. I had an unusual problem . The beam holding on side of the cable and track split and the complete cable broke along with the spring. I just picked Precision out of all door repair businesses and picked a winner. They did a great clean job. I would definitely recommend them and call them if I have any more problems.
