He resolved all of my issues and explained three different approaches to how he would make the repairs. He kept me informed and demonstrated how everything worked. He was patient and personable. I have called them several times for different issues with my garage. The woman who gives you an appointment is so nice and she tries her best to give you the quickest appointment when it’s urgent. Twice my garage was stuck in the upwards position and she got me service that same day. The technicians are great. John goes above and beyond. It’s 100 degrees and he was working hard for hours. He explains everything in detail before & today they came back and repaired a similar problem I had in October and they didn’t charge me. Very honest and reliable. Highly recommend.

Fast service. Support spring broke Saturday 4pm. Found Precision on line with good quality reviews. Had a courteous repairman here 8:30am Sunday morning. Replaced broken spring and other old spring in 30 minutes. I recommend this company.
