Sunday, July 25, my LiftMaster died, chains flopping and parts falling. Called on Monday, Brian arrived by 10:45, new opener, belts, remotes, etc. installed before 1PM - Brian was very detailed in his explanations of my options, efficient and tidy. The mechanism is so quiet - the whole experience was positive. I will recommend your company to the condominium manager. Thanks again.

The day started out lousy just knowing I was going to have to spend money on a repair or worse yet a new opener. I read your ad in the yellow pages and it stood out. Mike came in explained the problem never tried to push your product laid it out, clear and concise and let me take the time to make a decision. This guy is incredible I wish I had a company Iâ??d hire him in a minute. This is exactly what America is lacking today in business from the people to the service. Mike was here to solve my problem and he did and when Iâ??m ready to replace the other opener Mike will be getting the call. Brian did a great job explaining what was wrong with our garage door opener and letting me know what our various options were for installing a new one since the old motor had broken and the parts on the springs were not working either.
