A little confusion regarding the time frame. Gal who made the appointment said 8:00 AM - 12:00 pm The confirming e-mail said 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM Marc called at about 11:45 and apologized because he was running late and would be here in 45 minutes. Fine with me, because of the e-mail I wasn't worried.

New garage doors installed last week, technician came for a slight adjustment on one of the doors (adjusted the limits), took less than 5 minutes. Door opens perfectly

Prompt service right on time. Technician was neat, clean, courteous and spelled out my options. Needed a new opener due to gear damage. Work was done fast, and very cleanly as all trash was boxed up as he worked. Set all my remotes and my car homelinks. Would definitely recommend your service.

This was warranty service call. One of the springs broke on one of the two Garage doors Precision installed a few years earlier. The two service techs did a great job. They replaced all four springs, adjusted weather seals and made sure the doors work like new. Thank you very much.

We had new garage door installed about 8 months ago. Started having small alignment problem. Called Precision and service tech (Rodrigo) was there next morning. He was very professional. Diagnosed and fixed problem within 1/2 hour and all covered under warranty.

Our garage door opener suddenly stopped working over the weekend - motor ran, but no movement despite intact cables/pulleys. Called on Monday morning and was thrilled that someone was able to come the following day. Tim Rainey, the service tech, was great. Friendly, knowledgeable,able to clearly explain our options (including prices/warranties/pros&cons), able to answer any question, enthusiastic about his work, took the time to help sync our car to the new opener via HomeLink. On top of all that, he was efficient and left no boxes/wires/materials behind. We will certainly recommend Precision to friends & neighbors.
