I initially had my garage door opener (Craftsman) replaced about 18 months ago with your Liftmaster. I have been having recurring problems with broken springs, rollers, etc. Yesterday, one side broke again and I could not open the door. One of the main reasons I chose your company initially was that you offer 24/7 service. Brian S. arrived at my home within a couple of hours and replaced all the parts that were not provided by you when the Liftmaster was installed. I would certainly rate Brian a ***** technician - knowledgeable, capable and pleasant!

I was delighted with the service I received from your company. Theresa was wonderful on the phone. She answered all of my questions and was always pleasant to me. The two service technicians that came to replace both of my garage doors and fix the flashing knew their job and did it well. The doors run smoothly on the tracks and I am very happy with the service provided.

I recently had a problem with my garage door opener. I went to the manufacturer's web site "liftmaster" and was referred to you. I was impressed with your contact person's thoroughness and timely service appointment.In less that 24 hrs. the service technician (Brian S)called to report he was on the way, he arrived ahead of the scheduled appointment. I was impressed with this young man's demeanor, bearing and professionalism. He quickly diagnosed the problem and initiated the repair. He even re-routed the new wiring for better concealment and less exposure to damage. This young man is a credit to himself and your company.I certainly hope I will not soon need another repair, but if I do I'll certainly call you again. I would highly recommend your company to anyone needing garage door service.
