The technician was very honest, and very knowledgeable. He concluded that safety eyes where not align. I was only charged just the service fee, not trying to give me a snow job. I would recommend

The technician was very timely and professional. He was repairing my garage door center track because many years ago it was not installed well (my conclusion before he came when a part fell off) and the belt was loose from not being tightened among other things. He alerted me to an issue with the pulley system to keep an eye on but nothing that needed servicing. It was more a result of my existing system being installed to a low garage roof. I was happy with the work and felt safe that a professional was fixing my system.
