I had a malfunctioning laser eye - the beam would come and go raandomly. The tech. arrived, adjusted the eye, and we thought we were set - until it simply malfunctioned again, allowing us to realize there was a mechanical problem vs. adjustment problem. Precision was courteous enough to send out another tech to replace the eye and credit my previous service call. Courteous and reasonable, they worked with me even though it was an issue not caused by thier fine work. Thank you Precision Door and Glen Nunez.

I initially had my garage door opener (Craftsman) replaced about 18 months ago with your Liftmaster. I have been having recurring problems with broken springs, rollers, etc. Yesterday, one side broke again and I could not open the door. One of the main reasons I chose your company initially was that you offer 24/7 service. Brian S. arrived at my home within a couple of hours and replaced all the parts that were not provided by you when the Liftmaster was installed.
