Our Garage Door springs, pulleys and cabels had been broken for a few weeks. I had noticed thePercision Door trucks driving thru the neighborhood and got a flyer in the Valpak from Percision Door and gave them a call for a quote. They came out, promptly, inspected the door, gave me estimates of all that needed repairs and worked with me to decide what I wanted done. The work was done quickly and to my satisfaction. The crew Definetly met my expectations and would give them 5 stars. But would give the price 3 stars (to expensive for mechanical parts).

My installer Sam was the most professional and polite individual I have ever encountered. His work was impeccable and he made me feel comfortable within the first 5 minutes of speaking to him. He is truly a hard worker and should be commended for this. Sam is an asset to your company and should be treated as such. As for the company, I was highly impressed with everything.
