What incredible service from beginning to end, within 72 hours Precision had both our garage doors repaired, replaced springs, cables and pulleys plus adjusted rails. Chris A was absolutely exceptional, so professional, thorough and courteous - what a pleasure. I did not know such incredible service still existed, I just wish Precision did all home maintenance. Thank you very much Precision, your high quality service is truly appreciated and obviously highly recommended.

My experience with the service was outstanding, from the initial call to the completed job. The garage expert, Matthew D arrived on time after calling to ensure we were home. He professionally assessed our situation and gave us options on how to deal it. He was able to replace the broken unit and ensure our garage door worked perfectly. Throughout he was very customer oriented-- he answered our questions and made sure we were happy with the work. I would highly recommend Matthew and the company for garage door work!

We have had problems with our garage doors for years and finally decided to do something about it. We called Precision Doors and were very glad we did. Our technician, Ryan, was extremely knowledgeable and patient explaining all of our options. He never pressured us to choose one option over another. After evaluating everything (and since our doors were so broken and old) we decided on installing new garage doors. Only two days later I already received confirmation that our doors are ordered and will be ready in a few days. We have been very pleased with our experience with Precision Doors so far and are confident our doors will be installed professionally. We would certainly recommend Precision Doors to others and would highly recommend their service technician Ryan.

Jack was here today at my home and his courteous and helpful nature would make me return again. He made me feel extremely confident in what he was doing to correct my broken spring on my garage door and took the time to explain and show me everything that was fixed. We called because we had a problem with our garage door remote. Rob came on time and worked very hard trying to synchronize a new remote with the opener; unfortunately our garage door opener was about 50 years old! We ended up getting a whole new garage door opener and are very happy with the results. Rob was very patient when he explained the new system to my wife and me. He was very competent, professional and friendly. We are very happy to recommend you to people we know. Thank you for such great service!

Our 3-car garage motors were outdated and needed to be replaced. Brian H. performed the work and did a great job. He communicated his arrival time, replaced all the motors, springs, cables, etc. and gave us new (and quiet!) doors for our home. He explained everything and was neat, tidy and very efficient. We are a military family moving from VA to NJ and have used Precision in both states. We are very happy with their consistent professionalism and courtesy.
