David B. responded quickly to my inquiry about new garage door openers for the house my husband and I had just purchased. He was very professional and demonstrated knowledge of all aspects of garage door openers as he walked me through each feature of the old units. He identified and actually showed me worn-out, frayed, and broken parts of the old system. He explained the options I had in a clear way, and I was happy that he had all the parts in his truck to do new installations right at that time. David left the area clean and neat and even got rid of abandoned wires that were sticking out of the garage ceiling. I’m so pleased with the results and the quality of David’s work and how quiet the new garage door openers are. I appreciate that the service manager reached out a few days after the job was completed to find out if we had any questions and to inform us about how to access helpful videos that explained new features of the garage door openers. Thank you, David! Well done!

The communication between myself and precision doors is excellent . I had updates on when technician would arrive. Fernando is very professional , courteous and efficient he explained everything that he was going to do and how long it would look take. I had rollers, springs, cables installed on both doors, they operate like new doors.

Saw truck in my development and needed garage door looked at so decided to try Precision. Very pleased from initial phone call to text messages to tech arriving. Garage needed rebuild of hardware from wear and tear. It was completed same time after assessment in a timely manner. Chris K. Spring broke last night after putting the second car in. It's a large old wooden door to a 2 car garage.....weighs 450 lbs. Both cars now trapped and no way can the door be opened manually. Called Precision first thing in the morning. Response was excellent, they arrived in less than 3 hours. Ferdinand gives me a couple of alternatives and the repair is completed and doors are working in about 90 minutes. I was impressed with Ferdinand's knowledge, expertise and professional manner. Also really appreciated the prompt response.

Two years ago I needed service on my garage door. Phil came to service the garage door. Last Friday the garage door motor gear shaft broke after 21 years of service and I had the lift master garage door installed today. The technician was on time knowledgeable and did a great job.....highly recommend.

Overall a great business from call to work performed. The only thing I wasn’t thrilled with is when the rollers were all serviced on my door with whatever lubricant is used, overspray gets all over. A towel used below or behind where the spray is being applied would be a nice gesture so it’s controlled on what it gets on. Other than that, no issues. Thanks

Originally I needed the door trim seal replaced. Phil called and said he could arrive early if that was ok. I said come over. I think you should advertise that you have Marine Veterans employed. I am a Marine Veteran Drill Instructor. I told Phil how organized he was. Very impressed! Then I found out he too was a Marine. He went over the condition of the door parts and I had all the moving parts replaced as well. Semper Fi Marine

I had a rather complicated opener install as I was going from a standard opener to a side mounted style, and having the tracks and door raised as well. Jared and his partner did an amazing job to make sure the door was as close as possible to the ceiling to give me maximum space for my lift. There were lots of small issues with doing this type of retrofit on an older house that has seen at least two other garage door setups, but Precision made sure that they solved every last one. Great job guys!

Kevin S. was my technician. He called to say he had one more job before mine, and then called again to say he was 30 minutes out. He arrived on time in some pretty crappy weather. Went through the problems with my cables, pulleys and the fact that even though I had new springs, there were no safety cables in the springs. He recommended some options and did a great job in repairing my door. I would recommend Precision to anyone who needs a new door or a minor repair like mine. Thanks Kevin!!!
