Second time I have used Precision. First time was a quick repair and was easy and quick. This time replace a bunch of parts and 2 openers. David was great from beginning to end. Went over all the options in detail and priced each one out. Agreed on what needed to get done and I was up and running in a couple of hours. David was professional and knowledgeable and very easy to work with. I’m a customer for life.

David B. responded quickly to my inquiry about new garage door openers for the house my husband and I had just purchased. He was very professional and demonstrated knowledge of all aspects of garage door openers as he walked me through each feature of the old units. He identified and actually showed me worn-out, frayed, and broken parts of the old system. He explained the options I had in a clear way, and I was happy that he had all the parts in his truck to do new installations right at that time. David left the area clean and neat and even got rid of abandoned wires that were sticking out of the garage ceiling. I’m so pleased with the results and the quality of David’s work and how quiet the new garage door openers are. I appreciate that the service manager reached out a few days after the job was completed to find out if we had any questions and to inform us about how to access helpful videos that explained new features of the garage door openers. I cannot say enough good things about Precision. The arm to our garage door broke the day after christmas and we were scrambling to figure out how to fix it. We called precision who sent someone out that day! Making an appointment was so easy and the customer service was amazing. David called us when he was on his way and texted us an ETA tracker. He was very professional and kind during the whole process. David did not try to sell us on things we did not need and was very honest on what needed to be fixed and the different options and prices included in solving the problem. He was able to show us all our options on a tablet with side by side comparisons so we could pick what was right for our needs. David had the parts to fix our garage door within the hour. PRECISION DOOR exceeded my expectations by far!!! I called at 1:00 pm today to make an appointment. PRECISION was here and work very professionally completed by 4:30 pm. WOW that’s fast! David Bryan, the technician, was very courteous, inspected the entire mechanism, made recommendations and expertly completed the work, solving the problem. I VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. Extremely prompt same day service. David was not only polite and personable, but explained all parts of my original garage door opening system and got to the root of the problem with immediate efficiency. There was no “upsale” to replace what was still functioning and the conclusion to replace what no longer worked, with price point choices, made decisions easy. Work was completed quickly, after which operating instructions were reviewed by David with me, in addition to providing the usual manufacturer’s product manual. The garage was also left in pristine condition with all installation debris removed. What a treat to experience prompt, pleasant and skilled service from David and Precision!

Dealing with Precision Door was a great experience. My initial phone conversation was with Brittany who scheduled my appointment and the timeframe worked perfectly for my day. What a delight speaking with her. Shortly afterwards David B called to say he'd be arriving shortly. David was terrific in explaining the options available to repair the garage door. He courteously and patiently answered all questions and walked me through what the repair would entail. He completed the repairs (spring, cables, pulley, brackets and more) and even showed me how to lubricate the door/hinges going forward. If you need your garage door fixed, repaired or replaced I highly recommend Precision Door! This is a company that gets what customer service is all about. Dave did a very professional and proficient job. The repair exceeded my expectations. He even found several items that were dangerously worn and would have broken in the near future. Plus, he installed a safety cable to prevent a serious injury. He was very courteous and informative in showing me how to maintain the door system. Rob was very courteous and professional. I was quoted that the cost for the garage door spring would be $210.00. Rob said the cost was actually $410 or $420. I asked why it was doubled. The person on the phone only quoted price of spring. I had reported when I called yesterday it was the spring and cable. Rob said the spring was twisted and had to be cut. The cable was another price plus the safety mechanism had to be repaired. He worked with me and saved me approximately $25.00 by asking if I was a AAA member and if I would by check. I said yes to both so cost was $386.30.
