The website claims that it is a free service call, which actually means just the phone call. Once they are onsite they inspect your door and without doing any service, demand an $89 for the inspection !

It was easy to book a quick repair appointment. Precision follows up constantly with arrival time updates - that is very helpful. Once here, Charlie B was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He explained all our options for the repair/replacement in detail and without any sales pressure. He couldn’t be any more helpful…. Charlie went above and beyond, even helping us set up the door opener app on our phones. He was a pleasure to work with.
