The door opener was installed very quickly, everything is adjusted so it travels smoothly and then he setup the wall mount control as well as phone and car access. I’ll definitely ask for him by name if I ever need any garage door services!

Very happy with the prompt response and Alan was great. I booked the appointment online late Sunday night and Alan was at my house the next day at noon. We needed a new motor and springs, in a couple of hours he was finished and set up remotes, keypad and garage app. He was friendly and informative. We scheduled an appointment this morning and got one for the afternoon. We got confirmation by text and email. Alan, the repair man, called 30 minutes before arriving (at the beginning of the appointment window) and we hot another confirmation. Alan was great. He diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it right away. In addition he let us know about issues that were going to occur in the near future so that we could choose to repair them now or later. He was pleasant and respectful. I would highly recommend this company. I would definitely use them again.
