We had Xavi fix our garage door today. He came within the expected timeframe, called when he was on his way, evaluated the situation and offered a choice of fixes. He then fixed the door quickly and satisfactorily. He was friendly and neat.

Our technician Xavi Ramirez arrived promptly, was very courteous, knowledgeable and kind. He explained what was needed to replace the motor on our garage door and took the time to show us different options to choose from. Outstanding customer service from start to finish! Very fast response and very professional service. I had a broken garage door spring and booked an appointment online at 10:00 pm the night before. The next morning Xavier showed up at 8:30 am. He was very knowledgeable and handy and replaced both springs and pulleys within one hour. The only surprise is the price of the springs ($400 each) and I paid $1800+ total for part cost and labor.

After 15 years required a new handle and replaced springs, cable and pulley while serviceman was here since they were becoming very worn. Xavi was the serviceman, who was on time, called before arriving, was very polite, explained everything in detail, gave me various options, and then completed the job in a very neat and timely fashion. Completely satisfied with this service. Door was originally installed 15 years ago by Precision and still looks and operates like it is brand new. I would recommend this company for your garage door needs.

Xavier is skilled tech with terrific personal business skills……a credit to your company. He knows his stuff ! and will, some day soon, have his own franchise. He understood the issues and how to correct them quickly. Only thing is……I should have called Precision first ……as I wasted/was ripped off nearly $800.00 by another by another company that ONLY replaced two springs. Garage door issues …..who you gonna call……PRECISION !!!

I'm in my 60's, been a sales executive for 44 years with IBM. Garage door opener I had installed 36 years ago broke yesterday. Hadn't needed servicing in more than 20 years (!). Knew of local servicer, but wanted to shop a bit. Looked online and found Precision. Was very impressed with online ratings from customers, as well as A+ rating by Better Business Bureau. Called both local servicer and Precision. Better initial impression from Precision, so went with them. Such a great experience right from the get-go. Thorough, detailed. Locked in appointment. Got email and text follow-ups. Got a surprising text from Rob, the Service Manager. Talked with him and appreciated his reaching out. Technician called ahead as they said he would, came on time this morning. Young but experienced, very professional, came across as genuine and trustworthy -- Xavier Ramirez. He explained all the options, which he recommended I go with and why. Decided to replace my whole system, and though I was in no rush, it was all done within a couple of hours. Xavier then took the time to demo the new system, explain everything. Never felt like he was in a rush to get to next appointment. Very much appreciated his and Rob's whole approach to customer satisfaction. Great job by both. Will definitely do business again, recommend to others. Thanks for everything.

A broken garage door spring and it was on a Sunday! A search for help led me to Precision Garage Door of Bedminster. They were there to answer the call! I explained the issue to the nice lady and scheduled the service for the next day. Everything she told me would take place, did. Multiple texts kept me informed as to when Xavi would arrive. He arrived right on schedule, assessed, explained the fix, and performed the repair in shorter time than expected. He was knowledgeable and experienced. Precision's customer service is great from the top to bottom. It was truly a pleasurable experience!
