Brian called b4 he came and was on time. He introduced himself and inquired what my door problems were. We discussed repair options and cost. I made my decision and he told me how long it would take. He finished ahead of time, cleaned up all old parts and new parts packaging. We reset combos and tried door several times. Very pleased with Brian and his service. By the way he had a great hand shake.

When the Installer came to my house and looked at my Garage Door opener he said that it was prior to 1992 and he could not touch it and still charged me for the trip. If I had a company that would not work on equipment prior to a certain date, I would have the Individual who took the call and set up the appointment ask a simple question as to when the Door Opener was first Installed. When that person heard that the Door opener was installed in the 1980's they could have told me at that time that they could not work on my equipment. I think this Company does not ask the question so that when the repair person is on site they can try to upsell you a whole new Garage Door Opener for $699. I did not take that option and went to Lowes and bought a brand new opener for $179.00 and Installed it myself in about 4 Hrs.

Precision Overhead Garage Door Service installed a new overhead garage door for me in 2013. It has worked beautifully and has just started showing its age. I called Precision to have them replace the springs and do a general check-up. Brian Hallock came this morning and performed a thorough inspection of the system. He made some recommendations for other repairs, touch-ups, with which I agreed. Brian was prompt, personable and very tolerant of my noisy Golden Retriever mix who sang him song of her barks the whole time he was here. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Services.

Precision Overhead Garage Door Service did a phenomenal job when repairing our garage door. It has been on the fritz for the past week and finally derailed making it unusable. Real simple. My garage door was not working correctly. It would go down and go right back up. That was the reason why I made the mistake to contact this company. Brian who came to my house told me my that my unit needed a new limit switch and also that the springs needed to be replaced. They quoted me a price of $811 for this work which took one hour at most For the record the limit switch costs about $20 on Amazon and the two springs etc coast about $30. This place fixed my problem but the total charges were excessive to say the least. My fault.
