He started working at Precision in 2015 after graduating from Temple University with a degree in Communications. I called Precision to repair a snapped cable. I got a text when the tech was on the way which gave me time to move the cars & get ready. When Brian arrived he showed me that the cable snapped because of old pulleys and pointed out a few other parts that were worn and would eventually cause problems. I agreed to a full rebuild (new cables, pulleys, springs, & rollers) and now my old noisy garage door works quieter & smoother than it ever did before. I should have done this a long time ago! Brian was great, and I thought the price was very fair considering the door now works like a brand new one.

Your serviceman arrived at the near beginning of the service period given. He went right to work, repaired what was thought to be the problem and asked if there were any other questions. I called Precision late Tuesday afternoon to try and schedule a repair for my garage door. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told that a service technician could be at my house the next day between noon and four o'clock. True to their word, Brian arrived at approximately one o'clock and started to work on the door after asking what happened and checking out the situation. One spring was broken. Brian mentioned that the best thing would be to replace both springs to avoid another service call. Brian also checked with his office to see when the garage door was installed and what info they had. They had it all, the hardware was covered by a lifetime guaranty. Luckily for us, when we received our mail we found a coupon from Precision which they honored so the repair was done for no charge. Brian is a fine young man. Very courteous and he explained everything that he did. When I asked him if it was advisable for me to change the belt on the electric door opener he explained that it wasn't necessary as these belts could last years. Overall I am VERY Pleased with Precision and with Brian. I would definitely recommend . Both get five stars. Than kyou

If you are having garage issues, or need a new opener, etc. Precision is the company to call. Brian and Luigi were the most amazing technicians ever! The first time they came, they weren't sure if my car would fit in the garage, so they waited til my car was delivered, and came back. They called, they were on time, and they were the best! Sweet and funny ,too! I would definitely recommend them!

My garage door motor broke this morning as I was trying to leave the house to start my work day. I called Precision because of the great reviews I read online. I was not disappointed. The service and work was amazing! Brian was my technician. Not only did he provide me with complete transparency around his arrival time, but he was able to surpass my expectations and arrive early! When he arrived, he was very professional, knowledgable, patient, and all around on top of his work. My door is fixed and the work he performed was detailed down to the last bolt and stud. I would recommend his company and his service to my coworkers and neighbors. I am thankful for the service level that was provided and pleased with the work.

I'd give 10 stars if I could! I called Precision at about 2:30pm. A REAL person answered the phone and I had a repair team at my house in less than an hour. They waited for me patiently while I finished a phone call and did the repair in record time. I had worked previously with Rissland, for years. Now I'm with Precision and I'm very happy!

Our 3-car garage motors were outdated and needed to be replaced. Brian H. performed the work and did a great job. He communicated his arrival time, replaced all the motors, springs, cables, etc. and gave us new (and quiet!) doors for our home. He explained everything and was neat, tidy and very efficient. We are a military family moving from VA to NJ and have used Precision in both states. We are very happy with their consistent professionalism and courtesy.

I scheduled an appointment for a spring that broke on my garage door. Scheduling was easy and convenient. Made an appointment for the next day and the technician on the job, Brian, called in the morning to let me know when I could expect hem to arrive. He let me know that he was at another job, that they would be done by a certain time and that they would call as soon as they were on their way. True to his work and time estimate, Brian called and showed up promptly. Once here Brian introduced me to his colleague that was training, Josh. Both Brian and Josh were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I went over the issues I was having, and Brian explained to me my options. I also brought up some other concerns I was having about the garage door openers, and he advised to what could be done without trying to upsell. I decided to move forward with some additional work and they said they could have it done with 2 hours. All the parts were on the truck and this made the service call that much more convenient as they would not have to come out for a follow-up call to complete the work. Work was completed in less than 2 hours and the workmanship exceeded my expectations. Brian and Josh went over in detail what was done, and how to keep up with any maintenance. Price was fair, and I would highly recommend.
