Doug was good in terms of personality and, from what I can see, skills. He provided us with three options from low (the basic must fix things) to upgrades in options 2 and 3. He was able to also provide a senior citizen discount which we really appreciate. It wasn't much but every little bit helps. He took time to explain each option. We settled on getting new extension springs, and pulleys. He worked swiftly and competently. He didn't rush us and we didn't push him. I would definitely recommend Precision Doors and Doug.

Our garage door wouldn't open because a spring had broken overnight. We called in the morning, and Precision responded the same day. Everyone we talked to was professional and helpful. Communication (confirming the appointment, confirming an eta for our repair person, etc.) was fast, and pricing was transparent.
