Communication from PGD at the start was very prompt and professional. James came and was very helpful. Our appointment was scheduled the day after I called. James, our service representative arrived on time, and after examining the problem offered us three alternatives, ranging from a simple replacement of the damaged part to replacing our 17 year old motor and installing a new one that would have prevented the problem we had. After we made the decision, James did the necessary repairs and installed the new motor. I recommend Precision Door Service for the service they provide.

I am not easily impressed by service companies having owned one for 30 years, but this company was fantastic. They came when they said they would come. The tech (James) was polite, knowledgeable, informative, he made me aware of my options and never tried to oversell me. He quoted me a price before he started. He worked quickly, methodically, neatly and checked twice to make sure the installation was flawless and that I understood how to use the new opener. 5 star company and 5 star technician (James Nicoli).

First of all let me say the I chose Precision because I have used them in the past and always completely satisfied. Yesterday was no exception, James the service tech diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently. He resolved the issue and was very personable. James explained everything that he was doing to me and offered three options regarding the problem. He went above and beyond in my opinion and as a matter of fact I would/will request him if/when I use Precision again in the future.

Excellent experience with Mike G and James N repairing our "phantom" opening and closing door. Called late evening yesterday and spoke to someone to book an appointment live for the next day. Got a window which they were on time for and communicative about when they will arrive. Went through the options to diagnose the problem (needed new wall unit controller and tightening of the springs to reduce load on the motor to prevent bigger issues down the road). Wrapped up the job within 2 hours and answered all questions. Highly recommend the company and these two technicians in particular. Very pleased and feel better knowing the door is safe.
