John was great. He was personable and knowledgeable. He arrived within the stated time, analyzed the situation, gave an estimate and repaired our garage door opener. Very positive experience. Only one thing: he did try to call me twice to update his arrival time but I did not answer the phone because I thought it was spam. I was not familiar with the number appearing on my caller ID, and it came thru as "Outbound Call". You might want to change your ID information to include your company name. Thank you.

Service technician was very courteous and thorough. He explained what service was needed to repair the springs, then explained other worn features that needed to be addressed soon, if not now. John had a very positive attitude with a smile even with his mask. He explained and checked all three doors for me. He is quick and efficient the perfect person to have on a hot day. I saw ad on internet and I called them. They were very prompt. The repairman was very polite and courteous. He explained to me what was wrong with my door and that I needed a new one. He shied and explained all the damages. I told him I am a senior citizen and righ now I cannot affords a new door but when I am able I will use his company. He was very pleasant and not pushy.

I was concerned that my Precision Garage door might have developed a draft but could not see any gaps or other reasons for leakage. The technician visit was easy/timely to arrange. The technician arrived timely. He spent a while examining the operation of my door in detail. Then because there was nothing to fix Precision elected to waive the charge for the visit. Wow!
