I appreciated the updates on the arrival time and liked the mini-biography provided to ensure the person at the door was legitimate, and to provide a little insight on the individual. Kevin Stasiak phoned ahead to indicate he was on his way and arrived on time. He was polite, professional, quick and efficient. He documented the repairs necessary (replacement of cables and spools), provided an estimate, made the repairs and gave advisements on parts that may require service in the future. All in an hour. Greatly appreciated the ability to book my appointment date and time online. My technician, Kevin, was excellent. He called in advance to let me know his arrival time and provided me with a full evaluation of my opener and doors in a friendly and professional manner. He replaced my opener, springs and rollers in just over an hour and now the doors barely make a noise which can be heard within the house. Further, it allowed me to work inside without issue. I will absolutely use Precision for my future door needs and I will request Kevin as my technician each time. I would encourage anyone to do the same.

Intermittent garage door closing problem. Kevin was here on time at the earliest part of the 10-2 window. He presented the options clearly and professionally and completed the job very quickly. Kevin was efficient in assessing the issue and recommendation. I appreciated his explanation of what was needed and what was included in the replacement. He was able to complete the job the same day and in less than an hour. He also took the time to assess the viability of a second garage door opener. Paid Precision door over 600 to repair my garage door on Wednesday By Sunday the door would not close. It appears that the cables on both sides of the door had no tension, became loose and came out of the rollers.
