Precision was great from start to finish. Our call was answered immediately and we got a service appointment the next day. Our technician, Kevin, came early (after calling first) and promptly diagnosed the problems. He gave us estimates for different options and started the work right away, finishing the set up of two doors within two hours. Paid Precision door over 600 to repair my garage door on Wednesday By Sunday the door would not close. It appears that the cables on both sides of the door had no tension, became loose and came out of the rollers.

Greatly appreciated the ability to book my appointment date and time online. My technician, Kevin, was excellent. He called in advance to let me know his arrival time and provided me with a full evaluation of my opener and doors in a friendly and professional manner. He replaced my opener, springs and rollers in just over an hour and now the doors barely make a noise which can be heard within the house. Further, it allowed me to work inside without issue. I will absolutely use Precision for my future door needs and I will request Kevin as my technician each time. I would encourage anyone to do the same.
