We had a late afternoon Garage door mechanism issue. I called Precision and while I was on the phone they were able to schedule a repair man to be at our house within the hour! Matthew arrived, introduced himself and got to work. He confirmed what I already knew, we needed new mechanisms for our garage door to work. I highly recommend Precision.

I called this service after just randomly calling the one of the searches that came up in Google. I just didn’t have time to let research who was best to call and figured they’d all be the same. I’m taking the time to write this review because I was absolutely blown away by the service I received from the first phone call to post service how I was treated. I can’t even list the ways that this company goes above and beyond in customer service. The absolute best was the text I got when my service guy was 1/2 hour away and it gave me his picture and some facts about him so I’d be comfortable when he arrived. He was also the nicest guy in the world. Oh and he fixed my door without trying to sell me anything more then needed. Everything about this service was beyond my expectations even the price.
