To Precision Overhead Garage Door: I was very happy with the service I received from you on June 22nd, 2020. Matthew DeWald was very professional in every aspect. He looked at my existing door and clearly explained to me in a few short minutes what the problem was and that my door could be repaired because he had all of the necessary parts on his truck to do the job on that very same day. Matthew knew exactly what he was doing and he had all of the tools and equipment to do the job. My garage door has never been easier to open and close in the 30 years that I have been living at this address. Matthew was excellent and I would easily recommend him to any customer. I called this service after just randomly calling the one of the searches that came up in Google. I just didn’t have time to let research who was best to call and figured they’d all be the same. I’m taking the time to write this review because I was absolutely blown away by the service I received from the first phone call to post service how I was treated. I can’t even list the ways that this company goes above and beyond in customer service. The absolute best was the text I got when my service guy was 1/2 hour away and it gave me his picture and some facts about him so I’d be comfortable when he arrived. He was also the nicest guy in the world. Oh and he fixed my door without trying to sell me anything more then needed. Everything about this service was beyond my expectations even the price.
