I called overhead to come out and look at my garage door and they said they couldn’t fix it and needed a whole new door. I called Precision and they had my garage door opened and fixed in 30 mins. We contacted Precision today because the overhead motor on our garage door was making a grinding noise. We have used Precision Door Company in the past and have been very satisfied. After our technician, Sean evaluated the issue, he told us that it could be repaired or replaced. Since these motors (both overhead doors) were over 25 years old, we decided to replace them. What a great decision! The new motors are so quiet and have more up to date features than the old ones Sean explained how to program the key pads and did all of the installation work in an efficient manner. It is a pleasure to once again, work with Precision Door Company. Their technicians are knowledgeable, competent and friendly. I highly recommend them.

This Genie garage door motor and system that they installed today replaces the one that they installed 12+ years ago. Their products are great and last a long time.
