Sean Young was great. He called to let me know when he was coming, he arrived within the time period he had advised, and was very friendly and professional. He showed me what was wrong, explained how he was going to fix it, provided an estimate, and made sure that I was happy with the finished product. While the repair was caused by an accident, he assured me that I was not the first person to have done that. He asked if I had any additional questions about the job and checked the current system to advise that I should consider getting a replacement in the near future. I will be replacing it next year and will most certainly be calling Precision to do the job and hopefully will get Sean again for that. I felt very comfortable with everyone that I dealt with from the company and highly recommend them.

My neighbor referred Precision to me when my garage door opener broke a few years ago. I was pleased then and I am still very pleased the professional and friendly service provided. When they are on the way to your home, the company sends a text with the tech’s name and a brief summary about them, and an expected arrival time. They do not expect customers wait for them at home for the entire time frame. I highly recommend this company!

Well, we had a little mishap. After residing our garage, the garage door lock no longer worked. Getting an appointment was easy. Instead of a frustrating automated phone system, I quickly reached a helpful human who booked our appointment with only a 3-day wait. The servicing tech was in constant contact with texts and phone calls. He arrived on time, and fixed the problem. No drama. The customer service end is excellent.
