Gaetano was a complete gentleman and took care of the issues quickly and accurately. I had a broken cable and the battery backups on the openers were bad. He replaced the cables, checked out the entire system and found nothing else wrong. He replaced the battery backups. I am very happy, especially his calls before the service to let me know when he would be arriving. Very professional!

Due to another job holding them up and the freezing temps, they were way late, but they kept calling and telling us they were still coming.
