Scott M. Was my technician. Not only was he very nice, his professionalism and knowledge was superior. He answered all of my questions thoroughly. In addition, Scott called me at the start of my four hour window just to give me a more approximate time that he would arrive. That was so greatly appreciated and he arrived right when he said. Finally, Scott was so courteous. He told me there may be some noise with drilling, etc. he told me this because he knew my two young children were sleeping.

My garage door couldn't open automatically because a metal piece snapped off. I was pretty upset because I am so used to keeping my vehicle there safe and sound from the elements. Luckily, I was off from work and called Precision around 10:00 A.M. I couldn't have been more pleased with my technician Gaetano. He had been delayed on a particularly difficult job, but still went out of his way to come to my home on same day I called for help. Gaetano was pleasant, polite, friendly, and best of all, extremely competent at his work. He assessed the problem with my garage door and fixed it perfectly. I am so pleased and I couldn't have asked for a better Service Technician. Vinnie has been great! My garage door system was installed in approximately two hours and I had access to my garage once again! Then about a week later, I needed Precision to come back for a service call. I called in the evening for an appointment and Vinnie came first thing the next morning.
