I am more than pleased with my new garage door, installed by Precision Doors. From the first phone call Vince went out of his way to answer all our questions. We were dealing with insurance companies, as our garage was damaged as a result of Hurricane Irene, and Vince got us the estimates we needed within days. The installers, Jorge and Zsolt, did an amazing job of incorporating new framing on an older, free-standing garage. And Vince was nice enough to stop by during installation to make sure things were A-OK. The door looks great, and is so easy to operate. Five Star rating, without a doubt, and I would certainly not hesitate to recommend Precision Doors. (Shared Review)

The rating above refers only to Brandon's excellent service. But the cost for 2 springs, 10 rollers, 2 pulleys, and some wire was so prohibitive that I doubt we will use your services again.

I am so happy to find a company that takes pride in their work It was such a pleasure to meet Mr. Tim Rainey the service technician. The service call was to repair broken hinges on my garage door. Mr. Rainey went over and beyond my expectations with the repair. He made sure that every thing was to my satisfaction before he left my house.He is very professional,honest and sincere. He explained everything that needed to be done. I was impressed by the 18 point safety checklist they use to check that the door is working properly. I highly recommend this company.

Tim arrived promptly (after 7 - as this was an emergency call) and not only fixed the broken metal piece on our door but also looked further to see what might have caused the piece to break.
