I CALLED FOR SERVICE AT 4:00 a.m. and was greeted by a pleasant human voice! I made an appointment, & the technician came when they said he would. From beginning to end, they were courteous, respectful and did a wonderful repair job. Price for repair was completely fair. All in all, a completely painless experience.

I liked the fact that I knew something about your technician before he ever got to my home, based on the info on your website. Bobby Z is the most thorough and knowledgeable technician I've come across. He called my home to let me know when he was 30 minutes from arriving. He replaced both springs above my door as well as all the hardware. He recommended the next garage door opener I will need when the motor goes on my current one, and gave me a pamphlet on that opener. Rest assured I'll be requesting Bobby Z for all my future garage door needs.

The service was great. After calling I had an appointment right away. Kyle was right on time and even called to let me know he was on his way. He was able to assess the problem within a few minutes. It was great that he was equipped to install 2 new garage door openers and that I didn't have to schedule another appointment for him to return with the parts. Thanks for your help!

Tim the Tech. I had was very polite and very through. I can tell that he must have worked at Percision a number of years. He also treated me with respect and some people I have dealt with in the past don't show me much respect or tried to sell me something I didn't need because I was a woman. A little confusion regarding the time frame. Gal who made the appointment said 8:00 AM - 12:00 pm The confirming e-mail said 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM Marc called at about 11:45 and apologized because he was running late and would be here in 45 minutes. Fine with me, because of the e-mail I wasn't worried.

I placed a call to Precision on a Sunday evening when my garage door wouldnt open. They answered the phone at 10PM!!! ON A SUNDAY!!! I had the tech Tim out at 8:30 Monday morning. What service and what a great guy. I couldn't be happier with Precision.
