Came within the window indicated, called before they came to confirm and most importantly did a professional job with the repair. The door works better than it ever did. I'd also say the technician kept me informed throughout the process - not just told me but showed me what had to be done an why - written estimate prior to doing any work. Can't say enough about the professionalism of the company - outstanding - now if only other service providers could be this good!

I intended to get 2-3 contractors to repair my garage door opener, but chose to go with, you only because of the relatively inexpensive cost for the initial visit ($69), the professional website. Pete Orlando was very professional and explained things very well and answered all of my questions, no matter how trivial. He was not pushy to sell anything, but made recommendations and let me decide what to do. I replaced the garage door opener since it was very old, added safety beams, new pulleys, and safety cables. Very satisfied with the work and I operated everything before he left. Will recommend your company to others if asked.

We enjoy our new garage doors. The workmanship is great and the installation team (Kenny and Gerard) did a great job. Very professional. They are an asset to your business. However, the LiftMaster doors openers are another issue. They are a disappointment in my mind. They have an engineering defect in that they do not work with your car's HomeLink. They need an additional repeater device attached in order for your car's HomeLink to work with the door opener. Apparently, at LiftMaster they have bozo engineers that crafted a new 2.0 security code that will not work with the standard that all car manufactures use. Thus, the repeater interface. Along with this terrible design, you need to press the HomeLink Key in your car for up to 5 seconds before the door responds. If at all. And finally, the lift device does not have any outlet installed to plug in the repeater. Use another brand of Garage Door Opener.
