The technicians arrived @1:15 pm which was within the 12-4pm schedule which was given to me. They arrived in a clearly marked truck with the name of PRECISION on the side. The technician called me about 15 minutes before their arrival they were dressed in very professional uniforms. I needed service for a broken chain on my existing door. The tech advised me that the chain broke due to bad motor bushing which made the chain fall off. He also told me that the door needed to be replaced and exactly how much it would cost to replace it. I gave him the OK to replace and take away the old pieces which they did. They had the new opener on the truck and took about 1 1/2 hours to complete the whole job. This whole experience was very pleasant and I would recommend and use your company for any garage door, opener related problems in the future. THANK YOU Joseph N. L

My Mom called Precision Door on July 2nd, and they told her that they would be there the next day between Noon and 5. Sure enough , Ron showed up on time. He explained to Mom and me (on the phone) the problem and how much it would cost to fix. Mom opted for a new opener (old one was over 12 years old) and I supported her decision. We had to leave before installation was complete, but Ron explained to us how to operate the opener before we left. Ron gets a thumbs up from Mom and me. I also appreciate the fast AND efficient service That Precision Door gave to my 93 yr. old mother. It really gave her peace of mind. Thanks again George C

I am very pleased with the service of Precision over the last 11 years. Today Brandon came to my home because of remote controlled garage opener problems. He ordered the parts and arranged for another serviceman to come back on Wednesday. Brandon did everything he could but didn't have the (older) parts on his truck. Thanks for his help and the problem should be resolved by Wednesday afternoon!

Michael Ganning was the Precision Door Service representative who visited us today. Prior to meeting with Mike, we were undecided as to whether we would have our existing door opener repaired or if we would replace the opener as well as the door. Mike carefully explained the processes relative to both scenarios. He was fully knowledgeable on all aspects of repair vs. replacement and he was able to answer all of our questions. Pete came, replaced my rollers as expected and informed me that my pully's also needed some attention. After speaking with him about my options I decided to go with the rebuild package. By the time I called them it was late Sunday afternoon and it was too late to get an appointment for the same day. However, they scheduled me for the first thing Monday morning.It was a rather simple repair.The track got out of alignment when the car caught the garbage can which somehow caused the tracking to bend. Tim was able to fix it quickly. But he also gave me a thorough report of the condition of the door which was useful. I was very pleased with the service.
