Scott (and Kyle) were great. They rang before arriving and asked about the problem so they were prepared. They diagnosed within 10mins and went about it. Unfortunately after fixing the first problem they then discovered the secondary and more prevalent problem (a shorting safety eye). While they did take a while and they called for backup, both of them were professional throughout - explaining what was happening and why and they both were personable and thorough.

Bob did a great job installing garage openers at our house. He took the time to explain everything to me. Very professional. The price is a little high but the new garage openers are much quieter than the old ones. We've been using Precision for many years. We are alway happy with their work and service.

Tim was great. He explained the problem to me (worn out springs), and I decided to go with the replacement of the cables, rollers, pulleys, etc. in addition to the springs for the lifetime warranty. There was a problem with a new roller affecting the hinge (plus the hinge was missing a screw). He came out today (2 days later) and fixed it easily. My door now slides up and down with the greatest of ease, and QUIETLY. Tim was extremely polite, well informed, and focused on the customer. Great customer service!

Service within 24 hours......had old doors still in good shape but not working very well. Now the doors are working better than they did when we moved into our new home..25 years ago. Picked you out of the phone book and made an appointment for the next day. Your serviceman was early which was wonderful.He was very professional and explained in detail what had to be done. The appointment covered a combination of services relating to my garage door opener as well as the molding around the physical door. I needed to replace my garage door opener. The whole process was seamless. The appointment was made and the technician arrived within the designated two hour window The technician â??Timâ?? performed professionally â?? took the time to explain the different garage door openers and cost â?? performed the installation quickly and efficiently - demonstrated the functions of the system and linking the remotes to the cars. This is the second time Precision serviced my garage door and I was very satisfied with both experiences
