Came within the window indicated, called before they came to confirm and most importantly did a professional job with the repair. The door works better than it ever did. I'd also say the technician kept me informed throughout the process - not just told me but showed me what had to be done an why - written estimate prior to doing any work. Can't say enough about the professionalism of the company - outstanding - now if only other service providers could be this good!

I intended to get 2-3 contractors to repair my garage door opener, but chose to go with, you only because of the relatively inexpensive cost for the initial visit ($69), the professional website. Pete Orlando was very professional and explained things very well and answered all of my questions, no matter how trivial. He was not pushy to sell anything, but made recommendations and let me decide what to do. I replaced the garage door opener since it was very old, added safety beams, new pulleys, and safety cables.
