Hi---We were VERY satisfied with our experience with Precision Garage Door Service. Vinny handled my inquiry and set up our service call. Bobbie was terrific......very helpful, knowledgable, personable and professional. He is a real asset to your organization. While we did not install new "rollers" etc. at this time, we love our new openers and battery back up keypad. Bobbie was very helpful in showing us what to do, re-checking his installation etc. etc. We would definintely use your service again, would recommend it and told my son, who recommended you, what a good service it was and what a good experience we had. Your organization truly seems to understand the concept of customer service and quality!!!......having retired from a service business, I understand how important customer service and satisfaction are, and do not understand why so many companies/organizations do not seem to care in the way your organization does! I chose Precision Door because you were rated high by ServiceMagic. The call was for a broken spring. After inspecting the door, Adam pointed out numerous other problems with the door such as broken rollers and a motor chain that was stretched beyond repair. I had new springs, cables, pulleys and a new motor installed. The door now works as if it was brand new.
