Brandon identified the problem immediately and the repair was done within 30 minutes. And there was no charge for the service call or repair because the part that needed repair was still under warranty. Honesty and commitment are so important in customer service, and Precision Door obviously places a high value on those two qualities. I would highly recommend Precision Door to any potential customer. I would not even consider using anyone else. A few words on the tech, Brandon. Knowledgeable, professional and extremely personable. Rarely do you find service professionals who combine these attributes. If Precision Door is the gold standard for garage door repair, Brandon is the gold standard for technicians. Not to slight any of the other techs, but I highly recommend asking for Brandon if he's available.

All servicemen are fine and everyting was repaired. The only fault we find is the guys don't come between the expected hours!!! They are late, and we are stuck waiting. Whoever schedules should get a better handle on the time.

Scheduling was superb. I made contact on their web site Sunday. Called Monday. The window was between 1pm and 5pm, but I couldn't get home from work till 3:30. Well I got a call from Drew (tech) at 4:10 saying he would be there in 20mins. WOW timing could not have been better. Well Drew looked over the job and explained everything very clearly. I opted for a complete spring, pulley, cable and roller job. I felt it was a bit pricey but along with the price comes piece of mind, quality parts and a lifetime warrantee. GOOD JOB!

Very Good Service - I liked the same day service on a Saturday, Tech was efficent and knew what he was doing. Very fast and friendly service. I will use the company again in the future. I had a full garage door repair - new springs, new rollers, new pulley assembly.
