Read your ad in the yellowbook. You serviced the brand of door that I have and you were 24 hour. A real person picked up the phone both times I called. Was easy to set an appointment. Scott called before he was on his way. He came between the scheduled times. Scott laid out my options and performed the job in a timely manner. His truck full of parts was impressive. Adam was very professional and took the time to explain everything about the options and repairs to my garage doors and made professional recommendations and guided me throught the process. We were very pleased with the quality of the garage door and the opener. We were also very pleased with the installer, Sam. He was very professional, quick, and left the garage and driveway very clean. He was also extremely accommodating, helping us to set up our car remotes and programing the remote key pad. He also spent time making sure we knew exactly how to operate the door and how to remove the window grates. The whole experience was very pleasant and very much worth the cost.
