Our service technician Michael repaired a broken spring on one gargage door and rebuilt another. Michael was knowledgable and professional in his work. I especially appreciated that he took the time to explain all the working parts of the door - springs, pulleys, motor and rollers and how they all work together as a system. More importantly, he explained how to properly maintain each part of the system for optimal performance and durability. I would recommnend Precision to all my friends and family. Very impressed with this company. Actually, spoke to a live person when calling for a service call at 7:15 pm. Next day service was great. My technician, Brandon, was extremely polite and totally efficient. I would recommend Precision Door to anyone.
