My gargage door was malfunctioning and I had to manually open and close the door. I found Precision on website and read the great reviews. Ron, my Service Technician came to my home one day after the call was made. I can only say positive things about Precision. Firstly, Ron spoke "layman" and I knew what he was saying was true. He completed the work in the time he said he would. This installation was conducted while I was at work and I did not need to be home when he came. The job was phenomenal. Cost is comparable to others. Very neat. Highly recommend this company. Very reliable!

Precision was able to send someone to my home within 24 hours of my call. The serviceman was knowledgeable and quickly fixed my door. In addition to fixing the snapped cable, he saw that the springs also needed repair and adjusted the door so it closed completely....something it had not done in years.
