The technician identified the problem immediately and replaced the springs in a very timely manner. Cleaned up after the job and was very informative about the companies products and services. I would recommend them highly. I called another garage door place and they told me that a technician wouldn't be out to me the next day even though they said same day service in yellow pages. I next called Precision Garage and they sent the technician the same day.

Ron showed up at the scheduled time and was very professional. He installed the garage door opener I had already purchased and replaced a few of the DIY parts that came with the opener with the sturdier professional parts that he had on the truck. Service technician took the time in explaining all the problems with the garage door. The fact that the springs, rollers, pulleys were all bad and that there was no safety cable attached to either spring. The cost for these items were a little steep in my opinion but the 5 year warranty was a positive.
