I had to have my garage door repaired and the opener replaced. Drew Nix was my Technician. He was prompt, professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Drew was also very personable. He took the time to explain everything to me and also explained various options helping me to make an informed decision. I like that Precision displays photos and information about their Technicians on their web site. It gives the customer a sense of security and also demonstrates that Precision has pride in their employees! Great Job!!! I will definitely recommend Precision to my friends!

And Vince was nice enough to stop by during installation to make sure things were A-OK. The door looks great, and is so easy to operate. The rating above refers only to Brandon's excellent service. But the cost for 2 springs, 10 rollers, 2 pulleys, and some wire was so prohibitive that I doubt we will use your services again.
