Our Garage Door springs, pulleys and cabels had been broken for a few weeks. I had noticed thePercision Door trucks driving thru the neighborhood and got a flyer in the Valpak from Percision Door and gave them a call for a quote. They came out, promptly, inspected the door, gave me estimates of all that needed repairs and worked with me to decide what I wanted done. The work was done quickly and to my satisfaction. The crew Definetly met my expectations and would give them 5 stars. But would give the price 3 stars (to expensive for mechanical parts).

My installer Sam was the most professional and polite individual I have ever encountered. His work was impeccable and he made me feel comfortable within the first 5 minutes of speaking to him. He is truly a hard worker and should be commended for this. I have encountered quite a few bad service technicians in my time and was delighted to finally meet a really great service technician who cared about his work and most importantly about the customer. Sam is an asset to your company and should be treated as such. As for the company, I was highly impressed with everything. The quality of your products is outstanding, the quick turnaround for installation was a welcome treat and the added bonus of knowing that the employees were all drug tested and background checked made it a no-brainer to choose your company. I was very impressed with the wealth of information emailed to me even before we decided to choose your company. You made the quote comparisons between your company and other local companies so much easier with the information you sent. I was also very impressed with the person you sent out to give us the quote, I believe his name was Glenn. He was completely professional and not pushy in the least. I highly recommend your company to anyone looking to purchase new doors/openers or repair their existing garage doors.

We have used Precision in the past and were happy with the service and results. This time I got next day service (Sears expected me to wait 5 days, even though my remote would not open the door). The repairman was great-Vincent. He explained everything (new remote, replace coils, and install a new remote panel on the garage door jamb)in detail and patiently answered all my questions.

Excellent is the word I must choose in describing the level of service I received. Ben was very knowledgeable and thorough in his explanation of all the options available to me in repair of my garage door. Ben took the time out to educate me regarding the workings of my garage door and the importance of each peice of hardware. After a nonpressured discussion I decided to have a complete rebuild of both my garage doors. I am very confident in the decision made and even more confident in the workmanship performed. When we needed our garage door repaired we reached out to three companies. The other two experiences were exactly what one would expect. Unprofessional and lame. The total customer experience with Precision was six stars from the initial call to job completion (you need to add another star!). Everyone we dealt with was first rate.
