Garage door was found to be in very good condition. I had all of the hardware components replaced and a new door opener installed. The work was done quickly and neatly. Tim was professional in his explanation on how the system works,the safety features and the guaranties.I was out to have one spring and a cable replaced--after Tim showed me all of the bad and exhausted parts I had him do a complete overhaul.Now I feel safe.Thanks Tim

Everyone in your company was professional and very pleasant. Brian arrived at my house within the time frame I was given, easily diagnosed the problem with my garage door opener, made the repair, and cleaned up without any problem whatsoever. Ben's knowledge of the equipment he was repairing was impressive. He showed me what caused the problem and how to repair it, but also knew WHY certain things needed to be just so. He said it was because of your good training program, but I think it was also due to his desire to do it right the first time. That's always a sign of quality.

I had a new door and garage door opener installed on Wed. 4/8 at the River Renaissance Condos. Both men who worked on the installation were professional,explained features and set up,and did a good job of cleaning up. Both the person I share the garage with and I had trouble setting up our in car buttons for the garage door opener. My neighbor went to another of your workers the following day who graciously came, set up and explained to us the proceedure our specific cars. I would gladly recommend your company
