We were originally advised by the salesperson to purchase a certain type and size of door, but when the installers arrived, they realized that the doors would not function properly. Rather than install them anyway, they insisted that the installation be done the right way and I should order new doors. While that cost me more time, the same installers returned to perform the installation and, without any supervision, completed a beautiful and professional job. The doors look and work great!
